Abstract

In this paper we propose a new similarity mea- sure between type-2 fuzzy sets with its property. We also combine the proposed similarity mea- sures with Yang and Shih's algorithm as a clus- tering method for type-2 fuzzy data. According to different -level, these clustering results con- sist of a usefully hierarchical tree.
