Visualizing complex business processes is an importanttaskofprocess-awareinformationsystems(PAIS).CurrentPAIS,however,failinprovidingadequatemechanismsforvisualizingandmonitoringbusinessprocesses.Inparticular,PAISdonotsupportperson- alizedoradaptableprocessdrawings,whichispar- ticularlyimportantforlargeprocesses.InthePro- viadoprojectwearedevelopingacomprehensiveframework for this purpose. It allows for flexible proc- essvisualizationalongthreedimensions:processviews,processnotations,andprocessrepresentationforms.Inthispaperwesummarizeselectedconceptsand features of the Proviado demonstrator.
