I introduce a new approach to data representation, which reflects the mechanism of mind based on the compartmentalization of brain into two hemispheres. I also describe an abstract device, which is based on this approach, generalizes the Turing machine [1], and can, presumably, simulate the work of the brain. I show how this approach can help in clarification and development of semantics of the Semantic Web.
