Abstract

Process of decision making represents so important part of the activity of managers that some people have dedicated their lives seeking for tools helpful in this process. Nowadays, importance of these tools has increased due to the increasing amount of available information. During last years many tools supporting decision making have arisen along with many new buzzwords. In this article we explain three different types of tools which can be used as pre-processing tools in decision making: text categorization, text clustering, and spatial analyses including results visualisation.
