Abstract

Bandpass channel filtering is shown to attenuate both random and determinstic jitter components in high frequency clock signals. A fully differential, tunable LC bandpass filter is developed and employed to reduce Gaussian and sinusoidal distributed jitter and duty cycle distortion.
