Abstract

Anthelmintic resistance is an important problem in most sheep-producing countries of the world. Studies in this field are performed by clinical tests. Identification of anthelmintic resistant nematodes without clinical test can help farmers to save money and time; on the other hand it can help them to avoid inefficient treatment and probable outcomes. In this study a multilayered neural network has been proposed to detect anthelmintics resistance nematodes in sheep flocks.
