Abstract

Population migration denotes any human movement from one locality to another. Population migration in districts of the Czech Republic is solved in the paper. Firstly economic and demographic indicators that affect size of migration are defined. Dependences between indicators are searched by correlation analysis. The goal is to model population migration by these indicators. Regression analysis and neural networks are used for modeling of a migration rate in districts of the Czech Republic. The achieved results are analysed.
