The paper presents a case study on the adoption of an agile methodology and more particularly the things that worked and the ones that didn't work when three teams implemented their first agile project. The study describes those characteristics of the teams and projects that are important for the further analysis of the obtained results. The presented analysis identifies both shortcomings and benefits of the agile approach.
