Abstract

An inventory and forecasting management system helps telecommunication companies to manage fixed line products and infrastructure located through out nation. Telekom Research & Development (TMR&D) was given the responsibility by Product Marketing, TM Retail, TM, to make it happen. This paper will highlight the successful deployment of the system called INFORMS.
