Abstract

The paper presents a design and an analysis of classifiers for modelling of internal human migration in districts. Classification models are realized by means of supervised methods. Fuzzy inference systems and a hierarchical structure of fuzzy inference system seem to be preferable in terms of modelling. This hierarchical structure can be realized for a great number of fuzzy rules effectively. The population migration is solved for districts in the Czech Republic. Economic and demographic indicators that affect a size of migration are defined. Dependences between indicators are searched by correlation analysis.
