Abstract

This paper describes an event based implementation of the valley fever model. This event based implementation [7,5] has the advantage over an equivalent agent based implementation in the sense that it allocates the computational resources on the basis of the activity of the model. This paper describes the main components of the model and shows the results obtained by using those components.
