Abstract

Project retrospectives are used in industry to formalize the evaluation of software projects. In software engineering project courses, retrospectives offer another way to relate theory to practice, connecting classroom concepts to actual project experiences. This paper provides a framework for conducting project retrospectives that combine social or teamwork aspects with technical analysis.
