Secure interoperation for a distributed system, such as a multi-domain system, is a complex and challenging task. The reason for this is that more and more abnormal requests and hidden intrusions make the static access control policies to be fragile. The access control model presented in this paper approaches this problem by proposing a concept of "trust-level", which involves a statistical learning algorithm, an adaptive calculating algorithm and a self-protecting mechanism to evaluate a dynamic trust degree and realize secure interoperations.
