Abstract

One of the fundamental principles in Agile methods is to have feedback loops so that the team and organization can be learning and improving their approach to accomplishing goals. As a Scrum Master, I found lots of resources on short feedback loops from pairing, automated tests and builds and iteration retrospectives. For a higher level retrospective, one spanning an entire release, I put together an agenda from scratch. This report captures how I put together and conducted the retrospective and lessons learned from that process.
