Abstract

A concept for the integration of multiple grid middleware systems in a compute facility, such as a Linux cluster, was developed within the D-Grid Integration Project. Its aim was to allow concurrent job submission from different middlewares and execution of the jobs on the same hardware. We describe here our proof-of-concept installation which integrates gLite, Globus Toolkit 4, and UNICORE, as well as storage facilities using dCache and OGSA-DAI.
