To present a trusted QoWS management framework, we firstly propose a six dimensional QoWS model which includes expected QoWS, agreed QoWS, delivered QoWS, perceived QoWS, transmitted QoWS, and statistic QoWS to represent the various requirements of the QoS property and describe QoWS comprehensively and objectively. Then, a QoWS manager is introduced to the legacy SOA to enhance the quality ensurence. It adopts Simple Network Management Protocol to respectively capture delivered QoWS and perceived QoWS to obtain the end-to-end performance of services. Thus it makes a comprehensive assessment of statistic QoWS representing the long-term quality of the given services.
