Abstract

This paper deals with the system approach to grant and tax revenues of the Czech municipalities and shows a use of multiple criteria decision making method in order to a distribution regional grants. Firstly it focuses on public administration system, describing of tax revenues, grants, and situation in the Czech Republic and shows a process of grant realization and creation of design of grant criteria objectification model. The part of this paper contents also an application of AHP method in defined problem.
