This paper is concerned with the problem of the global asymptotic stability of a class of interval neural networks with discrete and distributed delays of neutral type. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, a novel robust delay-dependent criterion is derived in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, an example illustrates the validity of the proposed method.
