Abstract

This paper summarizes actual state of semantic and adaptive web and its mutual close relation. Current technologies, ideas, massive usage in e-learning and problems are mentioned. Examples for understanding of technologies are given. Human brain researches and adaptation privacy issue is also briefly discussed.
