Abstract

The idea of Evolutionary Computing was introduced for the first time in the 1960s. It has been successfully applied to solve a variety of problems such as optimization [1,2], solving NP problems, scheduling and etc. We have found a new approach to Evolutionary Computing as "Bisected Algorithm" to which in this paper we have attended to explain it completely.
