In this paper we try to manage two concepts of language. The first defines the algebraic model of language, considerate like a tuple: L = . The second concept of language is regarded as a communication tool that allows language users to develop knowledge, while interacting with their universe of discourse, and to communicate with each other, while exchanging knowledge. The results presented here have as initial point [1], [7].
