This paper details the implementation of rough set theory techniques with Structured Query Language (SQL) into a relational database model with the purpose of introducing uncertainty into crisp data. It discusses design decisions made for choice of programming languages and development environments. The dynamics of effective teamwork are briefly explored, including design issues that had to be overcome and the strategies employed in solving them. The problems encountered during the design and the implementation phases are also detailed.
