Abstract

This paper presents first the state of the art of quality tree as largely applied as well as the knowledge on software quality intended to be represented by the tree. We show then how the present tree meets partially the needs of an exhaustive representation of quality and some aspects such as inter-influences among quality factors or criteria are not represented.Afterwards, we propose extensions such as to meet the needs of more detailed quality representation and to ensure more precise quality assessment. Finally, the extended tree is partially instantiated for Ada sources.
