Abstract

Introducing SCA programming model in transaction middleware has universal significance, it overcomes the difficulties to reuse the core software assets which running on transaction middleware and separates the business logic and the technology implementation of the application in transaction middleware system. This paper presents a transaction middleware model for SCA programming based on the Tuscany kernel on the existing Tuxedo framework, introduces the ATMI binding, and gives the methods of deploying SCA components in a Tuxedo environment and invoking Tuxedo service from SCA client. This model can not only use the reliability, scalability and performance of existing Tuxedo characteristics but also support composite oriented programming, ensures the existing enterprise system can be seamlessly integrated into the SOA system, extends the life of enterprise legacy applications.
