In this paper, the possibility for describing (measuring) the organization of transport systems is presented. This evaluation of organization is motivated by the need to describe the behaviour of traffic systems in general but with respect to particular elements. As the basis for the proposed method the position and speed of each particle is used. The method recognizes two main components of the organization description -- global and local one.
