Abstract

The paper presents the?results of our research on Mahler measure and the polynomial discriminant, on "roots localization" and "minimum roots separation", on complex polynomials and polynomials having all real roots. We shall obtain the cost for pre-isolating polynomial real roots, in general and for particular cases, and we shall emphasize the improvement consisting in cost reduction for roots' pre-isolating and isolating.
