Abstract

The aim of this article is to introduce a new model for measuring Business process based on the Fuzzy Multi Agent Systems. Some of features providing by this model are: 1. Simplicity of use 2. Enterprise look vision 3. Accuracy of measurement result 4. Focus on quantitative criteria to measure the performance of business, first a composite model called BSC-GQM is issued and then the result of performance measurement is analyzed by multi agent fuzzy systems. The use of this model will increase noticeably the accuracy of performance measurement results done on business process.
