Abstract

In this paper, we investigate the effect of calendar on the activity of fixing defects in a project, i.e., whether the days of the week when defects are reported have an impact on the time taken to fix them. Interestingly, we show that there is an effect, and that this can be used to predict the time taken to fix defects.
