Abstract

In this paper we present results obtained by experimental check of restoration algorithms [12]. These algorithms enable to image processing (restoration, enhancement) that degraded by passing into atmosphere without knowledge of current meteorological parameters. The algorithms are effective without requirements to additional demanding apparatus equipment. The accent is on the algorithms that enable the work in systems with processing image in real-time and possibly to increase image quality markedly. This paper spring from scientific works [3, 11, 12].
