Abstract

This paper presents the process modeling and the different models, tools and means of process visualization. A foundry process is being created here (the casting system design). We develop a computer aided design application in order to validate the process. Engineering data and global process are taken into consideration. Thus we integrate the trade knowledge management, the trade rules, and the different factors which affect the product lifecycle. We include more information in the process modelling as the trade rules.
