Abstract

The analysis of maintenance in industrial field is a very important problem in order to avoid risks and to avoid the stop of the machine. In this paper it is pointed out a procedure that permits to evaluate in advance which kind of fault can happen on a general machine. The infrared thermographic technique and Wavelet Transform working together permit to achieve important results in the predictive failure analysis.
