Abstract

The paper describes the approach, which was applied by Polish IT company ComputerLand in CMMI Process Improvement Project. The free tool Interim Maturity Evaluation based on Capability Maturity Model Integrated for Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Integrated Product and Process Development, and Supplier Sourcing, v1.1 was applied to introduce to ComputerLand's staff the CMMI model and perform self assessment of the current processes in development, implementation and project management teams.
