Abstract

Come into being of complex FOSS projects, achieving success on the market is forcing to wonder on the method of their rising. For sure good software isn't able to arise without the usage of no production --methodology rules. It is appearing, that the present form of the Open Source movement has matured already enough, not to be call only the ideology, but to be called the balanced methodology of software development.
