Rough set was introduced by Pawlak to represent coarse information and is related to a semantic basis for non-classical logics. In this paper, we proposed rough set semantics and show that it can be used as a natural semantics for some three-valued logics. As a case study, we deal with three-valued logics of Lukasiewicz and Kleene.
