Abstract

This paper describes some automatic conversion methods and a system which converts Japanese specifications to UML class diagrams. The characteristics and limitation of the methods was also discussed in terms of two experiments with use of specifications in some UML textbooks. The results of evaluation experiments showed the fundamental validity of the methods and system.
