Abstract

Uniform Content Locator (UCL) technology builds a bridge among writers, editors and readers for better understanding, which is a foundation for data processing such as receiving quickly, serving intelligently and actively. Besides introducing the concept of UCL, its key technologies are also discussed. Based on the content comprehension of network information, the describable system for information resource is established. After that, the method of automatic information indexing and the mechanism of active services for network based on UCL are brought forward, which can provide users active services intelligently and personally.
