Abstract

Weather modification is a topic of substantial worldwide interest for all countries. Only a small number of studies is devoted to model the precipitation evolution in different regions of Romania, including the Black Sea coast [4]. This study concerns the data analysis of Sulina series, using an ARMA model, and a neural networks technique.
