The exponential growth of mobile technology in recent years, increasing availability of network infrastructures, advances in wireless technologies and popularity of handheld devices, have opened up new accessibility opportunities for education. In his research Kinshuk (2003), [2], concludes that the true potential of e-learning as "anytime and anywhere" has finally started to be realized with the advent of mobile learning, m-learning. The paper analyses the impact of m-learning and describes software characteristics of this type of application.
