This paper describes a Tablet-PC based software tool that is designed to allow researchers to effectively and naturally collaborate on time series data that arises in their research. The application is a distributed application that allows the users to browse, annotate, and search their time series data while also allowing them to view the annotations of others. The software is written to be totally flexible about the kind of time series data loaded into it. This could be a valuable training tool for those trying to learn how to interpret certain kinds of time series data, or a great asset to a group trying to build a repository of annotated datasets for research purposes. This paper presents this new software tool, called TSPad, describes its functionality, and describes how it implements some of its functionality.
