Abstract

This paper presents a new approach to GP. Our goal is to realize reusability and robustness by means of the automatic discovery of functions. We propose an approach, named COAST, for reusability and robustness, which COAST has a library for storing certain subroutines for reuse them. We make use of the Wall Following Problem to illustrate the efficiency of this method.
