Abstract

A grid service is a Web service that provides a group of well-defined connections and follows certain standards. Grid service exceptions refer to all kinds of questions that may occur in the request, response and implementation of a grid service. The research of grid service exceptions relies on the grid system structure. This paper discusses the related concepts and theorems in grid service exceptions, proposes the Ant/Bee-Back algorithm used in the grid service exception handling, and confirms the validity of this algorithm with examples. The processing of returning to old route is similar to the method by which ant goes home; The method by which wrong message is sent to GC when exception service occurs is similar to the method by which a honeybee returns to the honeycomb. Finally analog experiment is given to confirm this method.
