We consider a second kind weakly singular Volterra integral equation defined by a non-compact operator and derive a Nystrom type interpolant of the solution based on Gauss-Radau nodes. Assuming the stability of the interpolant, which is confirmed by the numerical tests, we derive convergence estimates.
