ProcessSearch: a framework to search for business processes on the web

Even though years have passed since the creation of the reengineering process, many organizations still have not been able to maximize on return on investment in the automation of business processes. This reflects the difficulty in fully understanding such processes. In this work, we present a novel solution based on semi-structured data that allows textual searches and a visual navigator that facilitates learning of business processes. This intends to improve the understanding of these processes, permitting better quality in the productive process of the organization.
