Abstract

The article reports on the results of a study into the impact of the factors on 60 innovations offered on Slovenian financial market as well as similarities and dissimilarities between financial innovations offered on Slovenian and developed markets. The most important dissimilation referred to the impact of two factors, i.e. market characteristics, and technical development and technical activities on the success of innovations.
