The aim of this paper is to present a model for defining the performance of a computer network taking into account the transmission correctness and the network saturation. For different types of errors can be calculated the normal rate of the errors, but if this errors are combined the rate is not obvious. In this case we give a model for studying the performance of a network from the point of view of the total errors' rate.
