Abstract

In this paper processing of computer system models supporting the human resource selection for the staffing mobile teams in project management is represented. Problems for the optimal formation of the project's working teams are suggested, which are - selecting the specific option best by the target motivation indicators from the excess multitude of the resources relevant for the implementation of the specific project(s) on the basis of the qualitative, quantitative and intellectual parameters, the possible alteration of the types and quantity of the team members etc. The HR automated selection supporting computer system model for the determination of this processes and data structures is constructed on the bases of the modern IT technologies- ORM (Object Role Modeling), BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) and Petri Nets Modeling. For the practical view ORM and BPMN diagrams' and Petri Nets model fragments for the formation of the HR requirements, mobileteams staffing processing and HR selection with the best parameters are offered.
