In this paper, we present a new approach, called SATIS (\emph{Semantically Annot aTed Intentions for Services}), relying on semantic web technologies and models, to assist collaboration among the members of a neurosciences community. The main expected result of this innovative work is to derive and share semantic web service specifications from neuroscientists requirements in order to perform image processing pipelines.
