Abstract

An account is given of the graphics facilities developed by ABACUS for use on an inexpensive storage tube display terminal connected to a timesharing computer. The facilities allow programs to display simple pictures and menus of commands on the terminal as well as to manipulate graphically the geometrcal information common to many schematic design problems found in architecture.
