In this study, we introduce a negotiation program on licensing practice of intellectual property (IP) right management in information technology. The proposed program has a purpose to accelerate the spontaneous understanding of the collaborative negotiation style by the participants in IP license negotiation class without undue time-consumption. We also present our comparative negotiation approach for accelerated training with the concept of group-negotiated surplus and its mathematical formulation. We then show our experiments on the presented approach with an exemplary program on IP licensing negotiation.
