Abstract

As the network devices with multiple network interfaces due to communication techniques growing rapidly and the demands of seamless mobile networking are increasing today, the seamless vertical handover is issued as important research theme. In this paper, we study vertical handover method for macro mobility like as supply chain application by moving trailer. We propose a network selection based on network service zone using GPS (Global Positioning System) for vertical handover and simulate our method based on scenarios by case modeling.
